One of our clients has complained stating -
A very slow website - has crashed twice and not saved my information, and keeps stalling. This is not a great start

Were there any server issues at this time?
Other clients have not reported any issues at all.
We are trying to determine if it was a server issue or a client ISP/PC issue.
I have provided the link below, however We are using the Secure Link, as well as the link that includes the clients email address for recover purposes.

As far as I know there were no issues at that time on our side.

As you can see the last one was in December 2014.
Based on what you have mentioned, the issue has most likely been caused by the connection of the user since otherwise we would have many threads reporting similar issues on that day but so far there were none.
Do let us know however if that happens again by some chance.
