I cannot see submissions when I download as EXCEL or CSV

    Hi

    I can see my form submissions on jotform site view but when I download as excel or csv there is no submissions, just titles you can see

    Hi,

    I have no issues after downloading your form submissions to an excel file. All data are present in the file. It must be a temporary issue so please kindly try it again and update us here on how it goes.
