How to email the position of submission from all submissions made on a jotformAsked by infoedita on March 02, 2015 at 04:19 AM
I would like to include the number of how much answers has the form. in the email message that the tools send to indicate a new answer. Is this posible?
thanks in advanced
If I understood you correctly you would like to show how many submissions had occurred before the current submission.
To do this you should us our Submissions Counter widget.
It will show on the jotform how many people have submitted their data on that jotform, but you could hide it as well so that this is shown only in the email.
You can then use the tag of the submission counter widget in your email and show the number of submissions already made.
I would suggest taking a look at the following guide to see how to find the name tag of the widget: How to find Field IDs & Names
Do let us know however if you have any further questions and we would be happy to assist.
