I set up an account with you this weekend however when I have tried to log on to the account today and received a notification that the account has been suspended.

Apologies for the inconvenience, I see that you have a lot of form and it seems that there are some duplicates on them. Not sure though why there's a suspension. But I have re-activated your account now, you can check our Terms page to review what should not be included in your forms.
