Unable to receive email notification

    Hello.  Im using your e-mail form on my website (arpamip2.weebly.com) and although it seems to accept input and responds with confirmation that -email was accepted sent, they are not being delivered to our e-mail servizio.impianti@arpa.puglia.it  I have checked all spam folders and settings and this is not the cause of the problem.  Can you please let me know what may be going on here?  Thank you so much for your time and assistance.

    Sorry. Now it is solved.

    Inadvertitley I changed the psw of sender on our mail server without update on jotform. So jotform tried to send email with wrong psw resulting in comm deny.

    Updating psw on JOTFORM solved the problem.
