    Error in Excel export

    Hello,

    I use Jotform for almost a year and I am very happy with it. It use to work very well but today I can not make a Excel list from the information the users uploaded in my form. When I do the export the excel file is empty.

    Can you please help me.

    Hi Emma,

    I tried to export Excel as you mentioned however I didn't encounter any problem.

    Could you please try again and if the problem persist let me know which of your form has problem?

    I have same issue. Export to EXCEL or CSV generates empty file

     

    Export to PDF generates error:

    {"error":"WKPDF didn't return any data.

    Loading pages (1\/5)\n[> ] 0%\r[======> ] 10%\r[============================================================] 100%\rError: Failed loading page http: (sometimes it will work just to ignore this error with --ignore-load-errors)\n<\/pre>","success":false,"duration":"0.325"}
