Quand je reçois les formulaires par mail par mes clients, les modifications faites ne sont pas visibles lors de la lecture du mail.

    Are you saying that the notification does not include the most recent changes made on your form? It is possible that you have outdated field names and labels in that notification. 

    To resolve this issue, I would suggest removing the current notification that you have and create a new one. Please give this a try and let us know the outcome.
