Account scheduled to downgrade because of too many submissions

    Our church has an account (user name above), and our main administrator is out of town.  Apparently, just before she left, she received an email from you indicating that our account is to be shut down today because of too many forms(?)


    We need this resolved immediately, as we have events that people are registering for.  Please contact me immediately so we can resolve this issue.

    I see the issue Marti and I have removed the downgrade from your account.

    Please note that you have a limit of 100 submissions per month and as the amount was reached your account was scheduled to downgrade however since yesterday was 1st of March, the submission counter got reset so your account would no longer be downgraded.
