Notification emails not sending

    I've tried two email addresses but I'm not receiving any notifications. I can read them when I log into JotForm.

    I checked and one of the email notifications as an invalid email address:

    Our mail log shows that the email notifications are being sent to the address

    Have you checked the spam folder? Maybe your email provider is blocking the emails as they come from a noreply address. 

    I cloned the form and added a custom sender email. I made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received it?
