I've tried two email addresses but I'm not receiving any notifications. I can read them when I log into JotForm.

I checked and one of the email notifications as an invalid email address:
Our mail log shows that the email notifications are being sent to the address info@......uk:
Have you checked the spam folder? Maybe your email provider is blocking the emails as they come from a noreply address.
I cloned the form and added a custom sender email. I made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received it?
