I have been trying to send test mails but so far have not received a single one. I didn't change anything except recipient email and it is correct. What am I missing?
This is a re-post of a comment on Explanation of Email Notification and Autoresponder Settings
The reason why is because the "test email button" will only send to your account email address by default since that is what was populated into your email notifications by default.
To test this more accurately since you have changed it you must fill in your jotform and submit it to yourself.
