Autoresponder Email changes are not saving

    I have tried a number of times to change the layout of the autoresponder email. After saving my changes this email reverts to the JotForm default.

    Hello stewthompson2,

    Can you please confirm what changes you are trying to make in your form's autoresponder email template?

    I did check your form and found that you have enabled the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" settings of your form. Please be noted that if this setting is enabled, you will not be able to edit the email alerts template to make any changes in the Question/Answer table. Please check the screenshot below:


    If you want to edit the "Question/Answer" table, you will have to actually click on "Unlock Data Table" button of your email template as displayed in the screenshot above.
