Calculate prices of multiple items based on a single quantity

This is a copy of the form - Clone of Shabbat Luncheon Sponsors

The situation is that we are setting up an order for a luncheon.

The luncheon sponsor can select various items to include in the luncheon, but they should all be based on a single entry of quantity (number of people attending).

The form as it is currently setup, requires the user to select the correct quantity for each item they want included.

I need to keep this on a single form so that the submissions can be shown at the bottom of the form (a report) so members can see what sponsored luncheons are coming up.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    David

    Hi David,

Are you specifically trying to calculate the items in the Payment Integration? I see that Special Pricing is already enabled to the majority of the product items. In this case, you just have to define the whole amount of, for example, 30 people x amount per quantity.

For adding additional options, you can do it in the payment integration. Please check this guide for more options: http://www.jotform.com/help/225-How-To-Add-Options-In-The-Payment-Form.

Thank you and I hope that helps!
