Cancel premium subscription.

    Hello, I would cancel my account and payments being made without my knowledge. I thought it would be charged only one time, but is coming every month. No more

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Please be noted that JotForm is a subscription based service. Your subscription remains active unless you cancel the subscription. 

    Upon checking your account "", I found that you have successfully cancelled your premium monthly subscription #INT141203-3586-85933S. You will not be billed again bit your account will stay premium until April 04, 2015 for the time you have already paid. After this date your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
