Hello
I would like to create an form that will be send an email if someone will check "No" option in field "Question"
I've created other hide field and I named it "control" Its value is a copy from "Last Name" field,
I've created a condition to send an email when a value of "control" field is equal to "Last Name" from my list and it works
I have added new rules and it works same fine.
But list of my Last names have 50 entries so i would not like to add 50 rules
I tried to create condition to send an email when a value of my "control" field contains one of values from my list, example:
Nowak, Kowalski, Roman,
but when I've filled "last name" with value Nowak then it's not working.
Please help me.
Maybe I made mistake and should some other way write condition? (In help it says Use commas but how?)
Maybe there is better way to do what I want?
Regards

Hi Mariusz,
You have a space after the comma, try to remove that and see what will happen. Also, try not to include all the list in a single conditional logic. If possible, break it to five conditional logic. 10 last name per condition.
I've tried it here and it's working fine so I think the comma is causing it.
Thank you!
