We checked if it was because of the cap on how many entries we can receive each month but there were not enough entries that month for it to be because of the cap. It's frustrating because we're not receiving applications that should be coming through.
I believe you are referring to this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/43102799670358, correct?
I checked the notification that you have configured for that form and it was appears that you have your firstname.lastname@example.org email address set as both the recipient and the sender.
Having such a configuration might be causing a conflict which results in your notifications not being sent. Can you try setting the Sender Email field to email@example.com to see if it will resolve your issue? Please do and let us know the outcome.
