I have deleted all the pending submission and login again. However, the used space didn't reset to 0mb.

It's a pretty common assumption that deleting submissions will regain available submissions. Simple put, it will not. My apologies if that reply seems too blunt.
At any rate, all submission counts are reset on the first day of each calendar month.
Hang on... I just realized you're referring to pending submissions. But pending submissions aren't submissions. So (at least the way I see it) deleting them wouldn't have made a difference anyway.

I don't understand, there's no submission or pending submission now, why it's still
3.01MB of 100MB used?

Like what my colleague Wayne has informed to you earlier, your file upload space does not reset itself to zero by deleting your file uploads or submissions. Doing so will defeat the purpose of having to upgrade to the Premium and Professional plans. For basic (free) account holders, we give a generous 100MB complementary file upload space to store uploaded files inside JotForm servers.
We hope you find this explanation more insightful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you for using JotForm,

This is not what I was told yesterday.
Please read this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/52449-what-s-the-maximum-size-of-files-can-be-uploaded#7
Can I delete the uploaded files after I download to my computer so as to release space?
The file upload space limit for free users is set to 100MB. If you reach that limit, what you can do is delete your submissions which has file uploads attached to it. This will allow you more space for uploading files.

Sorry about the confusion, what I had in mind was the form submissions.
The only way to reset upload file space is to delete the files. To do that, delete the submissions that contain file uploads on Submissions page.
Hope this clarifies this matter. Thanks for pointing this out as well.

I have already deleted all pending submissions, those are just my testing uploads! But the space used didn't reset to 0mb. Could you please check?
- allanftdAnswered on October 26, 2011 at 01:05 AM
I have made a reset on your account's file upload space. Please check it once again and let us know the status this time. It may help if you clear your web browser cache, and then log out and log back in to your JotForm account.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Does it mean that the reset of space is required to do manually by your side every time?
- allanftdAnswered on October 26, 2011 at 01:46 AM
I am confident that there was a delay in reflecting the correct status of your account. What we did earlier was to force update your account so that you do not have to wait. In short, you do not have to notify us everytime you delete your file uploads, but occasionally there may be delays in showing the real status of your account.
Thanks and have fun using JotForm!

May I know the how long will the delay take?
- allanftdAnswered on October 26, 2011 at 01:58 AM
Please give it around 24 hours since we run servers on multiple international locations. We apologize for any inconvenience as a result of this delay.
Thank you for your understading.

I have deleted test submissions of files a few days ago. However, the upload space doesn't reset to 0mb. It's been over 24 hours now.

I've refreshed the upload space settings on your account and it should now be showing 0.0 KB. Please login to your JotForm account and let us know if you don't see the updated upload space.
