I am not sure what is your question but here is how you can change/setup your email notifications:
Open your form on the Form Builder and then:
1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
2. Click on "Email Alerts",
3. Select "Notification". If you do not have one click on "Add New Email".

I recently changed my email address and the notifications are still going to the old email.
How can I fix this?
