Is it possible that I can have an email send based on a particular selection in a field?

Lets say I have a query form with a  drop down menu of three sections and I want when the user selects a particular section I have the query go the a specific email address attached to that section only. e.g.

Section            Email

Support            support@email.com

Service             customercare@email.com

Booking            bookings@email.com
