My company sent out a questionnaire to our customers. We've gotten about 420 responses, but as of a few minutes ago, customers have started emailing us to tell us that the quota for responses has been filled and that they can't submit any more answered questionnaires. Any insight on this would be awesome!

I checked the couple of jotforms I found in your account but I don't see any of them as being over the form quota nor can I replicate the issue from my end.
I noticed you are now on the Economy Plan. Did you have the economy plan when you received this error message?
I checked and found you had upgraded this morning so I believe you were over the limit. If you had been on the Free Plan at the time then upgraded then yes this would've disabled your jotforms for the time being since you would have gone over the free plan limit of 100 submissions and that in turn would've disabled your forms until a reset or upgrade to allow more.
