My interface language had changed to Dutch

    hello, I live in the Netherlands but I am English. My interface language has changed unexpectedly. How can I can revert to English?

    Hi,

    May I know what you meant by "interface"? Is it the actual JotForm website and the form builder? Or are you referring to the form itself?

    If what you meant by "interface" is the JotForm website and the form builder, your browser might be translating the website automatically, you can change the settings of the language by following this guide: http://www.wikihow.com/Change-Your-Browser%27s-Language.

    If you would like to make the form multilingual, having an English version and in other language, then you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual.

    Hello Charlie,

    No, my entire jotform experience has changed to Dutch, completely out of the blue. Also my forms sometimes develop a banded color only from visiting the designer and the only solution from you guys was a massive compromise (either stick with it or accept a background that I never wanted).
    Please, I love your site, but core basics are fundamental. I have been putting up with forms that I don't actually want

    OK, your language for the JotForm account was set to the Dutch then Mike.

    I presume that it had changed because the link where you logged into the system (jotform.com or jotformeu.com for example)

    Now to change the language back you should click on the Account -> Settings -> Change Language.

    This is the link to it: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    Once you click it you will see the dropdown as shown on the first screenshot.

    Do let us know however if you have any issues setting it up and we could set it up for you instead.
