Help - created a form, but can't remember login email

    I created a form (http://form.jotform.us/form/33288557655165) and can't remember the login email. The form is no longer updating GOOGLE DRIVE correctly. I need to figure out where new submissions to the form are being sent.

    Hi,

    That form was actually created under a "Guest" account with no email address associated with it.  I went ahead and moved it to your registered account.  You should now find it accessible from your current account.
