Submit Button is not working, just says "Please Wait"

My form has been working great up until today.  When you click submit it simply says "Please Wait" and never submits the info and never sends the visitor to the thank you page.

We've tried cloning the form and the clone still has the same issue.

We've also tried deleting and replacing the submit button and still have the same issue.
