Request: IP address country black or warning list

It would be great if the IP could resolve to a country within the body of the email or form in a hidden function.

If there was a country or domain code inside body of form for possible country I could then block forms or filter them if they resolve to China.

Real world application: e.g. I want to mitigate against Chinese IP making business inquiries. Naturally if the contents of my form looks like a competitor I can do an IP trace or lookup, but if there was an ability to indicate the country within the body of the email we could filter emails on our server to be possible 'spam' or 'careful'.
