I've tried EVERYTHING, including advice given in other forum posts but I can't figure this out.
The form on the bottom of this page... http://www.apparatus.ca/build-music-industry-relationships-can-proud/
... submits the form but the mailchimp integration doesn't work. The contact isn't added to my mailchimp list.
Here's what I've tried:
1) reintegrating - X
2) generating another API & reintegrating - X
3) generating another API, logging out of JotForm, logging back in & reintegrating - X
The form appears to submit fine (I get an email notification from jotForm and the success redirect works) but my contacts are not being added to my MailChimp list.

After reviewing your account, I am currently seeing that you have one submission associated with the form.
After recreating the integration, have you received any additional submissions to see if the information has gone into MailChimp once the new integration has been created?
If you received new submissions and they are still not being sent please try the following steps:
1. Remove integration
3. Recreate integration
Once it has been recreated please attempt to do test submissions. Both on your embedded form and your direct form.

I cleared the cash and then reintegrated and it worked.
