How can I change the default email address for the account?

    Hello,

    i changed the recipient email, but when i send a test email, i get the email with a standard email adresse.

     

    where can i change the standard email?

     

    how can i verify, the the changed repipient email adress is really working?

     

    is there a possibiltity to add a bcc email adress for notification?

    To change the standard email associated with your account you should go to Account -> Profile (http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile) and change the email.

    Now scroll a bit down and you will see the option for email

    Once you do that all the emails will be sent to it by default - including test emails.
