I have reset a form's recipient email address (person who has to receive the form).
It keeps on sending it to the default address which is not the right person.
Please advise

Now I presume that you would like to change the default email for all your future email notifications to use.
To do this you would need to go to your Account -> Profile and you will see the option to change the email:
Do note however that once you change it, it will not change all the email notifications to your new email address, but that only future notifications will be changed.
What I suggest is to change the email notification instead. You can do that by taking a look at the following : Setting Up Email Notifications
