Linking a message on a thank you form

I have created a message that I need to hyperlink on my thank you form. But no tools are available when I try to do the hyperlink. I have looked at all the help forums and none of those options seems available to me. The page Wizard is all that is visible and there is no access to any tools to hyperlink.

Please try to clone the thank you message settings page, save the form and logout from your account. Clear your browsers cache and login again and view it back. See if the format is still that way.

I've tried it here and it was working fine, the tools are present and the message area is not crumbled:
