Normally, once the customer used the payment gateways there will be a transaction email sent to them once the payment is completed.
In JotForm, you can create an auto-responder email. So once the customer filled up the form, JotForm will send an email to the customer using the email address on the submission. This auto-responder notification can be customized.

If you want to include a invoice type numbers, please use a unique ID field. Please check this guide on how to add custom unique IDs to your form submissions
