Why is it that I do not always receive submissions from clients?

    Some clients say that when they enter the data into the form I've created AND submit the form, they do not receive a confirmation that they submitted it ... page just continues to spiral.  Is it possible to have problems with select computers?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Would it be possiblem for you to identify if there is something common between your clients that were unable to submit your form? It appears to be a client side issue (select computers), so any thing that is common to the complaining users will help speed up our investigation.

    Also, I can see that one of your forms is asking for files to be uploaded. It could be that they uploaded a huge file which takes longer time to be uploaded than smaller ones. This will further be slowed down by poor internet connectivity of your clients. You may advise them to limit the size of file to at least below 500kb (ideally below 200kb).
