Jotform stopped emailing us completed/submitted forms

    I suggest you remove the Notifier 2 in the Email Alert and then just add a new one using the Add New Email button.


     I noticed that Notifier 2 have broken template and only contains undefine value on it. Adding a fresh new Notifier should fixed the issue.
