Generate report from form submission

we want to create a report base on the responses received. For example, we are doing a Fire inspector class registration for different dates and shift and would like to capture the data and see who has register for the particular shift and the dates selected.

Is there a specific way you would like to prepare this report'? Are you planning on using graphs on the report? Can you share a more details on what you would like to accomplish in your report design?
