when tabing my form is not in sequence

Hi,

By "Tabbing" are you referring to pressing "Tab" while in the form to move to the next field?  As far as I can tell from your most recent form, this is working properly.  When I Tab through this form:

It does indeed progress through the form from left to right going to each field.  It does skip the radio button but due to the nature of that input, I do not believe you can tab through the options.
