I've created email notifications via the form preferences but am not getting any notifications that a form has been filled out (even those that have been pay for via paypal)... any suggestions?

Doh, just tried that link, I'm logged in currently and I keep getting sent to a "login page" where I input my details but then get returned to the login page again DOH!

Your form has a condition which makes it send the notification emails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you please confirm if you're receiving notifications on that email address? Check the Spam folder if they're not in your inbox. If you still can't find them there, try changing the notification's Sender E-mail to email@example.com. Go to Setup & Embed > Preferences > Email Alerts > Application Submitted.
After changing the settings, kindly do a test submit to check if the notifications are being sent successfully. Please let us know the results afterwards.
