Anyhow I have lost access on each and every forms what I had built with your great tools. It is working fine with website but I can't create any new form or modify any existing one. Please have a serious look to that. It's very urgent. Thank You.

this "might" help. go to My Forms, then click the form you want to work on. To the right it should say EDIT FORM.

Please make sure that you are still logged into your account. Otherwise, clear your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform then login again. That should do that trick.
In My forms page, you should see the "head" icon.
