Only our billing department can handle a refund request for payments that are made through Paypal direct. I have already added it our list. It should be processed within one to two weeks. You will be notified in this thread when it's already set.

I forgot to mention that you have already cancelled the Subscription: S-7NY45361NY996524F so there's no need to do anything. Just wait for our update regarding the refund.
As for the active subscription, you have the S-95S95372TX2929234 for your account. This subscription is active since February 28, 2013.

I've refunded one of the subscriptions, your account will be active through the active one as explained above.
