We do support payments over bank transfer or direct wire transfer, but as such subscriptions are created manually the minimal payment is of $100 USD so the only subscriptions available are those of 1 year or more.

No, unfortunately. Payments using Bank transfer require manual handling so only payments over $100 apply. This is why you can get Premium bi-yearly and higher plans for yearly and bi-yearly.
You will however save more with bi-yearly plans than with yearly.
If you take 2 years of Premium Yearly you would pay $200, while bi-yearly is $139 - $61 USD saved :)

Yes, you can select the Bank Transfer from the dropdown at the bottom

Mas no "Local Bank Transfer! não tem a opção do meu Pais Brasil, não seria o caso de eu fazer pelo terceiro item do menu suspenso "Transferência Bancária" ???

I have just tried the next (Premium Two Years Membership) link, and I can see the Local Bank Transfer option for Brazil.
