I need some urgent assistance with my account. I have an active survey where I am trying to collect data. I shared the NON-SSL form link, however, somehow the SSL quota has been exceeded and my form has been disabled. I was very careful to ensure that I sent out the non-secure version as I noticed the first couple of responses were SSL ones - so I went back and double-checked that I was sharing the non-SSL link.
I have tried to increase my quota using a number of options:
1 - I have tried to upgrade to Premium, however, each time, the page fails to load
2 - I have tried linking to social media - which has been successful for Facebook, however, the follow and tweet from my Twitter account has not registered - even though I tried a number of times.
This is extremely frustrating as participants are trying to take the survey and they cannot - and I cannot see why not as I do not need the SSL option and my quota for the non-SSL has plenty left.

I do apologize for the issue that you are having regarding your submissions.

When you use our "Get More" option, the addition submissions are only applied to your regular submissions and would not increase the SSL submissions, as such your account will still be over quota.
I have reset your SSL submissions, please note that this can only be done once for the life of an account.
If you have provide the secure link/use the secure embed code you will continue to receive SSL submissions.

Thanks Shadae! I didn't want to receive any SSL submissions at all - I did use the custom URL option though - could that have done it? I have tried to update the link that I have sent out to a regular URL now, hoping that works! I really don't want the SSL submissions at all so having them block up my quota is really frustrating!! Thanks for the reset - I hope it won't happen again.
I checked your account to make sure that no new SSL based submission had come in and they are not. Using a custom URL for your form should not use up your SSL based submissions, only using the https://secure.jotform.com/ link to your form will cause it to use SSL based submissions.
