How do I enable "locked" fields in PDF form

Hi

I have created a PDF form from one of my standard forms. However, some of the fields cannot be completed.

Please can you advise how I can correct this?

Hello Alan,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you have created a "PDF Form" and it is not working?

Please be noted that our PDF version of form is not an interactive PDF. PDF form is just a print version of your actual form and cannot be submitted.
