What can I do? I send the link to clients as they need it. It has never happened before.

If you are able to complete the form and the client is not, there may be something wrong on their end. Recommend to them that they try a different web browser, Google Chrome usually works best with our forms, FireFox also works really well. If you would like us to have a look at your form to make sure everything is indeed functioning properly, let us know the form you are having issues with and we will be happy to have a look.
