Can't understand why my plan is still working?

    Hi, I paid for premium plan 2015-01-27. Can't understand why my plan is still working? I didn't pay for the following months. And how can I stop the automatically payment from my credit card?

    Please be noted that JotForm is a subscription based service and it automatically renews for the following months. It needs to be cancelled the subscription manually. I see that the automatic payment which was due on Feb 27th has failed due to an issue with the credit card.

    I've now cancelled the subscription for you so that you'll not be charged again and set your account to Free subscription plan. You can always upgrade your account at any point later as you need it.
