Jot Forms not showing anymore on my website... Why?

Jot forms not showing for some reason now. Please help me..Here are some links they go in

As I check your account, I see 4 JotForms and they are accessible using direct links without any issue.

And when I inspect the website code, it appears that the JotForm is not embedded.

Did you make any changes to your website? Please verify if the correct embed code has been used to display the form on your webpage and uploaded the modified files back to the server if any changes were made.

They are embedded in sidebar and still embedded like they are suppose to be and have been working fine. The only thing that is different is I added ssl certificate.

Just checked and works fine if not viewed in https. But i need it to view in https

Could you try embedding the JotForm using iframe embed method without checking Secure Form option? You can get the iframe code by following the steps provided in the guide below :
