Im work for a manufacturing facility. We were thinking of moving our QC inspection sheets to a digital form to save space and paper.
I want my Quality Control technicians to have access to all the possible QC forms (Note that there's a form for each product or family of products). However, I dont want the technicians to have access to modifying them, just filling them out.
I wanted to know if JotForm has a way of listing the available forms in a list to submit as many as necessary. So that a QC technician can submit a form for each product he/she certifies. This is a crucial feature that Formstack does not carry which is why I've been looking at alternatives.
Please let me know if you offer a feature as described or if you can advise on another work-around this.

You could do that by using our API.
It can be used to do amazing things and a lot of them and in your case to help you to get all jotforms that you have in your account.
You can see more about our API here: http://api.jotform.com/docs/#user-forms
I will create a quick sample shortly to show you how they would work.

I made a simple yet I believe efficient sample here: Get list of JotForms in your account
It will require you to add API key in it, but as you will see this is a simple matter of few clicks to create it.
Do let us know if that would work for you and if you have any questions and we would be happy to assist.
