Form not Submitting. Just flashing Please Wait

    I've got an embedded form on a site hosted on squarespace:

    It was working a couple of weeks ago, but then it just stopped.  When you click submit, it flashes Please Wait and then returns to the Submit button.  Also when the recaptcha session expires, you can't read the text to prove you are a human.

    It seems to be related to squarespace, because the raw form works:

    I'm not seeing anything in the javascript console that would indicate errors.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I took a look at your website James and you are correct about no js errors being shown, but for example:

    1. Facebook (fb plugins like)
    2. Twitter (syndication)
    3. Census API

    - All of these have issues loading properly.

    Please try to use iframe embed code and see if you are still having the same issue.
