Choosing more options in a checkbox

I want to program that people can choose more options, only the fields I need in order to be able to do this are not visible in Jotform: maximum selections and minimum selections.

How can I solve this?

I inspected the form and you are using radio buttons instead of check-boxes:

Radio buttons are meant for one selection  only, so they don't have the maximum/minimum options feature:

Please replace the fields by check-boxes.
