    Why doesn't 'less than 3' logic work on this form?

    In this form I have three fields that are conditionally displayed based on the rating.

    Greater than 3 operates correctly

    Equal to 3 operates correctly

    Less than 3 does not work at all.

    Is this a bug?

    EDIT: I have just added a "greater than 0" clause to the lessthan3 item in addition to the "less than 3". The item now hides for 3, but shows for 4 and 5.

    Yes, there appears to be a bug there. For the time being, delete all of your current conditions and create new ones as follows:

    I  tested these condtions on a clone of your form and they worked.

    I'll submit a ticket on the issue later and hopefully our developers can figure out what's causing the problem with the "less than" clause.

    Thanks for the quick response. I added a slider to the page and you can see that that *does* work correctly - except it doesn't evaluate the initial default of the slider.

    Is that how it is designed to work or a different issue?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    It seems to be another bug. However, I have checked the same with the Star Rating element and was not able to reproduce the problem.

    Will the issue be fixed in the near future?

    How would fixes like this be rolled out to JotForm Application users?

    Robert: I would like to inform you that I have created a ticket to our developers about these bugs. However, we can not provide any ETA on this. I am afraid that these bugs would not be fixed in the first place because it is not a crucial functionality of our application. Meanwhile, you may use the Star Rating feature that is not affected by this bug.

    Once the problem will be completely fixed we will inform you through this thread.
