I recently emailed a client a form and I did not receive a notifier via my email like I usually do. Can you offer any insight as to why this may have happened? Thank You.

Are you saying that there was a recent submission made through your form and you did not receive any notification email?
While reviewing your notification settings for that form, I realized that a field was not mapped to the Sender's Name field.
If your notification settings are not properly configured it could result in problems of this nature. Can you make the necessary adjustments and let us know the outcome? We will await your response.
