How does one escape pipes when used in option names

    Jotform uses for radio and checkboxes a pipe character as name separator, the problem is, jotform is not scaping this char when a user creates one of this elements names with this char, instead a new element is created spliting the name of this element in the pipe area.

    * not problem here

    * here neither

    * the problem | is right here

    When saving and editing again this is showed:

    * not problem here

    * here neither

    * the problem

    * is right here

    Please fix this scaping this char when used.

    Thank you.

    After running a couple tests on a form of mine, I can confirm that placing pipes in radio button and check box field items interferes with their display for the reason you stated. I tried placing a backslash before each pipe to escape it and that didn't help. Using two backslashes didn't help either.

    Hi Recorda, you can't use "|" yet. If you want, you can choose the similar charachter (code) here except "vertical bar".
