Uploading a Video from Phone

I've tried all 3 plugins + JotForms main file-uploader and none of these are allowing me to choose a .mov file... I need my users to be able to shoot a quick video from their device (iPhone) and upload direct to the form.

Do you have any suggestions here??

    Thanks

Just to confirm, are you getting an error message when you are trying to upload the file? Or is it a case that the user is not able to select a video file to have it uploaded from their iPhone?

Can you state which version of iOS is currently running on that iDevice and also did you try the uploading a video file from an Android devices to see if it would work?

Can you add both mov and MOV to the allowed extension list to see if it would work? Please do and let us know the outcome.

    Regards

Ah!  I figured out that I needed to add the .mov extension.... So that's one problem solved.

Next issue -- users are uploading 30 second videos directly from their device but its taking a very long time to upload, which is expected when dealing with 30-60+ second videos but is there a way to add a status bar (upload status) to the upload?

    Thanks!
