Though I am unable to reproduce the issue with excel reports not properly downloading, this is the third request I have come across today. I went ahead and forwarded this to our development team to have a look. As far as I can tell, excel reports download and are populated properly, however, I may be connecting to a different server or something of that nature.
We will let us know as soon as we have any further information, thank you for your patience.

Hello Susana and David
I think I am one of the other persons with that problem today David referred to.
May I suggest Jotform to make tests with external computer (as we use) because inside your company maybe it fails less.
May I also suggest Jotform to have something like a "secondary DNS" (something like a survival server) ;-)

This was checked by a couple other people on our end today and each was able to download excel reports without issue. This was from different locations. Though we were unable to reproduce this, it is still being sent along to our developers to ensure there is nothing wrong on our end. They will get back to here as soon as they have any updates.

One of the Jotform assistants in another thread has solved it for me and I let you know:
Just follow these steps http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report
Please tell us if it works

I've answered in the thread were Ben's suggested to create the Excel report, the issue with the download of blank Excel files from the submissions page is now escalated and being reviewed by our developers, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
