I had this form working fine, last year https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/30066974707965
When I updated it for this year, the forms inside of it won't show up. What am I doing wrong?

I've tried using both Embedded and IFrame formats. Neither one allows the form to work. I've examined my setup in the 2014 form and can't see any difference. I change date information in the two linked forms and then reinserted them in the master form. That's all I did.

Hi,
I was able to recreate your form using the iFrame embed widget.
http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed
I setup two widgets, one for each form that needed to be embedded and entered their URL's and dimensions in the widget.
I then set the fields to be shown conditionally and it appears to work:
Here is my test form to show you it working:

I would recommend using the iFrame widget if you haven't tried that already, it seems to load and work much better than the HTML field when embedding a form.
If this still doesn't work for you, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
